Competition Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions found here relate to the Valentine’s Day competition on Brighton.co.uk and its associated social media channels.

These are separate from the website terms and conditions.

1. Competition is open for entries from Friday 23rd January 2026 and closes at midnight on Thursday 12th February 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

2. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be announced on @Brighton.co.uk Instagram story on Friday 13th February 2026. In the event of non-acceptance or the winner not responding within a 4 day period, Brighton.co.uk reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn, valid entry.

3. Prize includes one £150 Deliveroo voucher.

4. Competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over.

6. Entry is not open to owners, employees, or immediate family members of Brighton.co.uk / Hive19 Ltd.

7. Brighton.co.uk will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault or illegible entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

11. In line with promotional requirements, Brighton.co.uk may publish or make available information confirming that a valid award took place (typically the winner’s social media handle). Entrants may object to this or request reduced information by contacting privacy@brighton.co.uk.
